Dental Assistants: The
doctors and the assistants work as a team to provide each
patient with the best possible care.
Dental assistants perform a
variety of patient care, office, and laboratory duties. They
work chair-side as dentists examine and treat patients. They
make patients as comfortable as possible in the dental
chair, prepare them for treatment, and obtain their dental
records. Assistants hand instruments and materials to
dentists and keep patients’ mouths dry and clear by using
suction or other devices.
We have two of the best! Dr.
Hays' Assistant is (right) Marion who has been working
with Dr. Hays for 8 years and enjoys being part of Riverglen
Dental Group.
Dr. Folk's assistant is
(left) Gloria
who enjoys getting to know her patients and takes a special
interest in their care.
